CORAL helps adults over 45 build confidence and practical skills in collaborative robotics, supporting their participation in the digital transformation of Europe’s traditional industries.
About the project
CORAL combines ITECAM’s collaborative robotics expertise with TECHIN’s experience in adult education and quality assurance to create an inclusive, practical and publicly accessible learning pathway.
The course starts from the basics, uses clear language and visual resources, incorporates simulators and hands-on learning, and addresses apprehension towards new technologies. Its goal is to reinforce employability, confidence, inclusion and readiness for industrial digitalisation.
